I had a wonderful dining experience at Wagyu Factory Tustin | Limitless Shabu, and a big part of that was thanks to Evelyn. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She made sure our table always had everything we needed, checked on us regularly, and provided excellent recommendations. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome. I work at restaurant too, so I know she’s doing all her best. The food was also great. I live in Atlanta, and they also has this kind of wagyu ayce, but I prefer to come here a lot because I travel to here every year. Evelyn’s outstanding service truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this restaurant, and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Evelyn, you’re in great hands.
I love this place every time I go. Their customer service is so good and awesome. All of the staffs are so nice and friendly. Today we have Hachi as a server for our table. He is a cool and energetic guy even the restaurant was getting more busy. Love milk tea too, will come back
Lots of options, and probably worth a membership if you come back often! But worth noting the premium is only for a few specific Wagyu cuts, and there are other Wagyu cuts available with the regular price The crown marble Wagyu was my favorite, thin and just the right amount of fattiness. The rest of the buffet is great too, good mussels and lobster roll specifically.
